The invention discloses a precast slab structure paved on a mine pavement and a construction method thereof, concrete wraps rectangular steel frames to form precast concrete slabs, the end parts of the rectangular steel frames extend out of the concrete and are hinged to the adjacent rectangular steel frames, and the upper and lower edges of the left and right adjacent precast concrete slabs are flush; the plurality of rectangular steel frames are formed by combining prefabricated steel plates; the hinge holes belonging to the two adjacent rectangular steel frames are staggered and aligned up and down, and the adjacent rectangular steel frames are connected by sequentially inserting pin columns into the hinge holes; therefore, the adjacent precast concrete slabs are hinged to each other. The prefabricated plate structure takes a steel plate as a framework and takes mine solid waste as aggregate to prefabricate reinforced concrete, and the effects of overcoming complex construction conditions under a mine, improving the later pavement smoothness and reducing dust raising are achieved by applying the hinged prefabricated plates. And meanwhile, the problem of narrow underground operation space is solved, the workload is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种矿井路面铺设的预制板结构及其施工方法,混凝土包裹矩形钢架形成预制混凝土板,矩形钢架的端部伸出混凝土外,且与相邻的矩形钢架铰接连接,左右相邻的预制混凝土板上下边平齐;所述矩形钢架多个由预制钢板组合而成;分属两个相邻矩形钢架的铰接孔上下交错对齐,通过销柱依次插入铰接孔中连接相邻的矩形钢架;从而使相邻的预制混凝土板相互铰接。预制板结构以钢板为骨架,以矿山固体废弃物为骨料预制钢筋混凝土,通过运用铰接预制板来达到克服矿井下复杂施工条件以及提高后期路面平整性、降低扬尘的效果。同时克服井下作业空间狭小的问题,减少了工作量,提高了施工效率。
