Template moving method
The invention discloses a formwork moving method which comprises the following steps that steel rails are erected between spans of a continuous beam, and formwork moving trolleys are arranged on the steel rails in a sliding mode; the formwork and the support are removed, so that the formwork is separated from the beam body; placing the removed template on a template moving trolley; the mold moving trolley is used for moving the mold plate to another mold plate mounting position; and installing the template. The formwork is moved on the continuous beam through the formwork moving trolley, the construction steps are simplified, the construction mode that in a movable support hole-by-hole cast-in-place construction method, a formwork needs to be integrally moved is replaced, large machinery is not needed to move the formwork, the construction quality is guaranteed, meanwhile, the labor intensity of operators is relieved, and the construction efficiency is improved. The working efficiency is greatly improved, and the safety risk in the construction process is reduced.
本发明公开一种模板移动方法,所述模板移动方法包括以下步骤:在连续梁的每跨之间架设钢轨,钢轨上滑动设置有移模小车;拆除模板及支架,使得模板脱离梁体;将拆除后的模板放置在移模小车上;利用移模小车移动模板至另外的模板安装位;安装模板。本发明通过移模小车将模板在连续梁上进行移动,简化了施工步骤,取代了移动支架逐孔现浇施工法中,需要将模架整体进行移动的施工方式,不需要大型机械移动模架,在保证施工质量的同时,减轻了作业人员的劳动强度,大大提高工作效率,降低了施工过程中的安全风险。
