The invention discloses a manufacturing process of a cast-in-place formwork column head for bridge construction, which comprises the following steps: S1, a cast-in-place formwork column head for bridge construction is designed, and the cast-in-place formwork column head for bridge construction comprises a body, an inner ring, a top cover, a lifting ring, an elastic part, a rack, a tooth block, a positioning block, a supporting block and a screw rod; s2, casting a body and an inner ring by using a mold; s3, a top cover, a lifting ring, an elastic part, a rack, a tooth block, a positioning block, a supporting block and a screw rod are machined; s4, welding a positioning block on the body, wherein the positioning block is positioned in the center of the inner ring; s5, the elastic part is placed in the inner ring, and the elastic part surrounds the positioning block; and S6, the rack is welded to the lifting ring. The cast-in-place formwork column head manufacturing process for bridge construction solves the problem that the height of a column head is difficult to adjust in the prior art.
