The invention discloses an arch rib cable-stayed buckling and hanging connector which comprises a cantilever anchor beam, two first connectors and two second connectors used for being connected with cable-stayed buckling cables, and the cantilever anchor beam is arranged perpendicular to an arch rib section and fixedly connected to the back of the arch rib section. The two ends of the cantilever anchor beam in the length direction extend out of the two sides of the arch rib section to form cantilever parts overhung on the two sides of the arch rib section; the two first connectors are symmetrically arranged on the cantilever parts at the two ends of the cantilever anchor beam in the length direction and detachably connected with the two second connectors correspondingly. The invention further discloses a cable-stayed buckling and hanging structure applying the cable-stayed buckling and hanging connector for the arch rib. The arch rib cable-stayed buckling connector is simple in structure and convenient to manufacture, mount and dismount, and can effectively solve the problem that space intersection conflict occurs between equipment to be hoisted and a cable-stayed buckling cable when cable hoisting is carried out on the shore side.
