All-weather active light-emitting marking device and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an all-weather active light-emitting marking device and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps that the surface of an object to be constructed is coated with a marking base layer material in a hot melting blade coating mode, and a marking base layer is formed; polymer fibers are treated with corrosive liquid to obtain full-body luminous fibers, the full-body luminous fibers are arranged on the marking base layer, the full-body luminous fibers sink and are semi-embedded into the marking base layer under the action of gravity, and after materials of the marking base layer are cooled, the full-body luminous fibers are fixed to form a fiber layer; and spraying the transparent resin to the surface of the fiber layer after hot melting until the whole-body luminous fiber is completely infiltrated by the transparent resin, and meanwhile, scattering glass beads on the surface layer of the transparent resin to form a transparent resin layer. According to the technical scheme, the prepared full-body light-emitting fiber with the excellent side face light-emitting effect is sealed into the light-reflecting marking line, and the all-weather active light-emitting and light-reflecting effects of the marking device are achieved.
本发明公开了一种全天候主动发光标示装置及其制备方法。其中,该制备方法包括以下步骤:将标线基层材料采用热熔刮涂式涂覆于待施工物体表面,形成标线基层;将聚合物纤维用腐蚀液处理后得到通体发光纤维,将通体发光纤维排列在标线基层上,在重力的作用下,通体发光纤维下沉,半嵌入至标线基层中,待标线基层材料冷却后,通体发光纤维被固定,形成纤维层;以及将透明树脂热熔后喷涂至纤维层表面,至通体发光纤维完全被透明树脂浸润,与此同时,将玻璃微珠布撒于透明树脂的表层,形成透明树脂层。应用本发明的技术方案,通过将制备的侧面发光效果优异的通体发光纤维密封至反光标线内,实现了标示装置全天候主动发光兼反光效果。
