The invention discloses a reserved grouting hole construction method for foundation treatment of embedded large vibration equipment, which comprises the following steps of: S1, carrying out primary foundation grouting treatment before equipment installation, so that the foundation strength meets the requirement of equipment installation; s2, when a first-layer concrete slab of the equipment is poured, reserved pipes are arranged at the structural joints, and the connectivity of the reserved pipes is checked; s3, after equipment installation is completed, the reserved pipe is led out of the ground, and packaging is completed; s4, in the equipment installation process and the long-term operation process, a laser level gauge is used for settlement measurement regularly; and S5, a repeated grouting scheme is made according to the detection result, and repeated grouting is conducted through the reserved pipe. The grouting channel is reserved in the construction process, repeated grouting in the equipment operation period is achieved, and the equipment safety performance is improved; the method overcomes the limitation of foundation treatment in the previous engineering field, and has an important value for the engineering safety of the embedded large vibration equipment.
