According to the technical scheme, the one-way water guiding anti-clogging drainage hole structure is characterized by comprising a drainage pipe inserted into a drainage hole in a bottom plate of a water passing building; the orifice water guide protective cover is mounted at the upper end of the drain pipe; when the water pressure in the surface of the water-passing building is greater than the water pressure outside the drainage hole, the orifice water-guiding protective cover can tightly press and seal the pipe orifice at the upper end of the drainage pipe under the action of pressure difference; when the water pressure in the surface of the water passing building is smaller than the water pressure outside the drainage hole, the hole opening water guiding protection cover can be lifted under the action of pressure difference, and therefore a drainage channel communicating the drainage pipe with a water passing channel of the water passing building is formed between the hole opening water guiding protection cover and the drainage pipe.
