The invention provides a fabricated light vibration and noise reduction wall structure which comprises a keel frame and at least one combined wall, at least one mounting window is defined by the keel frame, and the at least one combined wall is mounted in the at least one mounting window; the combined wall body comprises a middle sound insulation wallboard; the two vibration and noise reduction layers are arranged on the two opposite sides of the middle sound insulation wallboard in the thickness direction correspondingly; the two filling layers are respectively formed by the middle sound insulation wallboard and the two vibration and noise reduction layers at intervals; the filling layer is at least filled with sound absorption materials. According to the fabricated light vibration and noise reduction wall structure, vibration and noise generated by knocking or friction of adjacent rooms can be isolated or reduced, the noise and vibration reduction effect is achieved, and the noise and vibration reduction effect of a building wall can be effectively improved.
