According to the anti-falling system suitable for the special-shaped curved decorative plate roof, a plurality of terminal supports are fixed to the upper portion of an aluminum alloy clamp of a vertical lockrand roof panel, supporting steel pipes are fixed to the terminal supports through bolts to serve as rotatable middle rotating shafts, and steel cable connecting units are installed at the tops of the supporting steel pipes. Through the arrangement of the supporting steel pipes, the steel cable connecting units have the in-plane direction adjusting capacity, the purpose of connecting steel cables in different direction angles is achieved, and the use requirement of the steel cable connecting units in special-shaped curved roof construction is effectively met; and meanwhile, the defect that a traditional anti-falling system can only be provided with an anti-falling fixing support at the parting position of the roof decoration panel is overcome, and the using space and range of the anti-falling system are enlarged. The steel cable connecting unit in the anti-falling system provided by the invention is provided with three different connecting schemes, so that the anti-falling steel cable can be fixed and connected under various conditions.
本发明提供了一种适用于异形曲面装饰板屋面的防坠落系统，在直立锁边屋面板的铝合金夹具上方固定多根终端支架，在终端支架上通过螺栓固定支撑钢管作为可旋转的中置旋转轴，支撑钢管顶部安装钢索连接单元。支撑钢管的设置使得钢索连接单元拥有平面内的方向调节能力，达到在不同方向角度连接钢索的目的，有效保证了其在异形曲面屋面施工中的使用需求；同时也解决了传统的防坠落系统仅能在屋面装饰面板分缝处设置防坠落固定支座的弊端，加大了防坠落系统的使用空间和范围。本发明所提供的防坠落系统中的钢索连接单元配置有三种不同的连接方案，能够满足防坠落钢索在多种情况下的固定与连接。
