The invention discloses a fabricated building wall positioning device which comprises a supporting plate, the supporting plate is connected with an L-shaped plate through a hydraulic mechanism, a positioning assembly is arranged on the L-shaped plate, the L-shaped plate is connected with a barrier plate through a connecting assembly, an adjusting mechanism is arranged on the L-shaped plate, and the L-shaped plate is connected with a connecting assembly through a connecting assembly.
