Heat-insulation aerogel vacuum composite board and preparation process thereof
The invention relates to a heat-insulation aerogel vacuum composite plate and a preparation process thereof, and belongs to the technical field of aerogel composites.The preparation process comprises the following steps that 1, a TEOS solution and metal particles are evenly mixed, then a water repellent agent is added, the mixture is evenly mixed, then an ammonium trifluoroacetate solution is dropwise added till gelling is completed, and a metal aerogel precursor is obtained; (2) placing the metal aerogel precursor in an acid replacement solution, and replacing for 1-24 hours to obtain a gel; (3) washing with ionized water; (4) transferring the neutral gel obtained in the step (3) into a solvent dissolved with organic resin for soaking; (5) pouring the obtained gel into a base material, aging and re-gelling to obtain a modified plate; (6) drying the modified plate to obtain a honeycomb plate; and (7) transferring the honeycomb plate into a vacuum system, and aging for 1-24 hours at normal temperature to obtain a vacuum plate, thereby achieving the effects of improving the bonding performance between the aerogel and the plate and reducing the heat conductivity coefficient of the plate.
一种绝热气凝胶真空复合板及其制备工艺,属于气凝胶复合材料技术领域,其制备工艺包括如下步骤:(1)将TEOS溶液与金属粒子混合均匀,后加入疏水剂混合均匀,再滴加三氟乙酸铵溶液,直至凝胶完全得金属气凝胶前驱体;(2)将金属气凝胶前驱体置于酸置换液中,置换时间为1‑24h得凝胶体;(3)用离子水洗涤;(4)将步骤(3)得到的中性凝胶转置到溶有有机树脂的溶剂中浸泡;(5)将得到的凝胶浇注到基材中,陈化重新凝胶,得改性板;(6)改性板干燥得蜂窝板;(7)将蜂窝板转置到真空系统中,在常温下老化1‑24h得真空板,达到提高气凝胶与板材之间的结合性能,降低板材导热系数的效果。
