The invention discloses a ceramic rock plate with a low-gloss fine frosted effect surface and a preparation method of the ceramic rock plate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: pressing a rock plate base material into a green brick; applying cover glaze on the surface of the green brick; carrying out ink-jet printing on the surface of the green brick subjected to overglaze application to form a design pattern; matte transparent dry granular glaze containing high-temperature transparent dry granules is applied to the surface of the green brick subjected to ink-jet printing of the design pattern; matt protective glaze is applied to the surface of the green brick after the matt transparent dry granular glaze is applied; and sintering the green brick with the matte protective glaze, and polishing and brushing the surface of the green brick to obtain the ceramic rock plate with the low-gloss fine frosted effect surface. According to the preparation method, a superfine and uniform dry granular glaze layer is formed by overlapping through a wet process, and then the frosted surface ceramic rock plate which is low in gloss, fine and smooth in touch feeling, wear-resistant and good in antifouling property is obtained through polishing and brushing.
