The modified fly ash is prepared by processing fly ash into porous fly ash, further modifying the porous fly ash with polydopamine, mixing the modified fly ash with mixed powder of barium oxide, zinc oxide and chromic oxide, and carrying out heating modification reaction. According to the invention, the aluminate cement is prepared by using a sintering method, the obtained product meets the requirements of GB201-2000, the obtained aluminate cement has the advantages of high early strength, high temperature resistance, wear resistance and good sulfate corrosion resistance, the safety of the aluminate cement as a structural component can be ensured, the application range of the aluminate cement is expanded, and the aluminate cement has a wide application prospect.
本发明提出了一种铝酸盐水泥及其制备方法,属于水泥技术领域。铝酸盐水泥由以下原料制备而成:赤泥40‑60份、石灰石10‑20份、磷石膏5‑12份、铝矾土12‑15份、改性粉煤灰5‑12份;所述改性粉煤灰为将粉煤灰加工成多孔粉煤灰后,进一步通过聚多巴胺改性后,与氧化钡、氧化锌、氧化铬的混合粉末混合后加热改性反应制得。本发明利用烧结法制取铝酸盐水泥,所得产品符合GB201‑2000的要求,且所得铝酸盐水泥具有早期强度高,耐高温、耐磨、抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能好的优点,又能保证其作为结构部件时的安全性,扩大了铝酸盐水泥的应用范围,具有广阔的应用前景。
