本发明涉及一种不透明体瓷的配方及工艺。采用的技术方案是:通过改变瓷粉里化学物质的含量来控制瓷粉的透明度,称量各组分混合均匀后在坩埚里高温烧结后使用,在熔块中引入一定量的锆锡钛乳浊剂和成核剂,重结晶或分相等作用而使其乳浊或失透,从而形成不透明体瓷。本发明的有益效果:通过加入锆乳浊釉,锡乳浊釉和钛乳浊釉,根据乳浊的形态不同还可以两者或三者结合形成混合乳浊状态,本工艺配方采用三种联合作用,并引入成核剂氟化钙,通过原始晶粒悬浮形成乳浊,使瓷粉的厚度在0.2mm时就能满足色彩需求,并能再现牙齿的美学形态。
