The invention discloses an anti-slip low-noise pavement structure which comprises a pavement body and an anti-slip noise reduction layer, the pavement body comprises a soil layer, a cushion layer is laid on the top of the soil layer, a base layer is laid on the top of the cushion layer, a lower sealing layer is laid on the top of the base layer, and a surface layer is laid on the top of the lower sealing layer. The antiskid noise reduction layer is laid on the top of the surface layer, and the base layer comprises a sub-base layer, a lower base layer and an upper base layer, so that the problems that the noise reduction effect of an existing pavement structure is poor, and the noise reduction effect mainly comes from the effect between the pavement and wheels when various motor vehicles run on the pavement; the problems that noise pollution is caused due to the fact that noise reasons can be the air pumping effect and noise generated by wheel vibration, and due to the fact that a road surface structure is generally poor in drainage performance and accumulated water on the road surface cannot be rapidly drained, the skid resistance of the road surface is weakened, the driving safety is directly affected, and traffic accidents are increased invisibly are solved.
