The invention discloses an assembly type prefabricated underground retaining wall using an underground diaphragm wall excavation system and a construction method of the assembly type prefabricated underground retaining wall. The method comprises the following steps that (1) the underground diaphragm wall excavation system is installed; (2) a groove is excavated, the designed number of rectangular assembly type underground retaining walls and the designed number of L-shaped assembly type underground retaining walls sink into the groove and are well spliced, and the whole retaining wall is formed; (3) concrete is poured between the whole retaining wall and the soil body on the outer side of the retaining wall, and concrete is poured into the concrete pouring groove I and the concrete pouring groove II; (4) a soil body on the inner side of the whole retaining wall is excavated, anchor rods are driven into the reserved anchor rod holes I and the reserved anchor rod holes II from top to bottom, the anchor rods are driven into the soil body on the outer side of the whole retaining wall, the anchor rods are anchored and welded, and concrete is poured into anchor rod concrete pouring grooves I and anchor rod concrete pouring grooves II; and (5) the step (4) is repeated till the excavation depth of the inner side of the whole retaining wall meets the design requirement.
