The assembly type green building comprises an assembly top plate, the assembly wall body, a window installed on the assembly wall body and a windowsill formed on the assembly wall body, the windowsill is arranged in an inclined mode with the outer portion higher than the inner portion, and a drainage assembly and a drainage pipe matched with the drainage assembly are installed on the windowsill; the drainage assembly comprises a first plate and a second plate, an odor-resistant floor drain is arranged in the mounting hole, and a filtering piece is mounted at the top of the odor-resistant floor drain through a connecting piece. According to the window, the windowsill is obliquely arranged with the outer portion higher than the inner portion, the water draining assembly and the water draining pipe matched with the water draining assembly are installed on the windowsill, in the window washing process, washing water flows to the windowsill, and under the action of the inclined face, the washing water flows out through the water draining assembly and the water draining pipe; and the hydrophobic mode of the stained outer wall surface does not need to re-paint the outer wall surface of the building, so that the repairing cost of the building is reduced.
