Novel self-resetting anti-seismic steel truss girder
The invention discloses a novel self-resetting anti-seismic steel truss girder which comprises two section steel columns arranged in parallel, an upper chord beam, a lower chord beam and a plurality of web members, wherein the upper chord beam and the lower chord beam are detachably connected between the section steel columns, and the web members are arranged between the upper chord beam and the lower chord beam. An energy dissipation component is connected to the middle between the upper chord beam and the lower chord beam, and a self-resetting damper is arranged between the end of the lower chord beam and the section steel column. In small earthquakes, energy is consumed mainly through the energy-consuming members between the upper and lower chord beams. In medium and large earthquakes, the energy dissipation component and the self-resetting damper jointly dissipate energy. After an earthquake, only the energy dissipation component and the limiting tenons between the yoke plate and the upper and lower chord beams need to be replaced, so that the energy dissipation component is obvious in economic effect, and due to the fact that the self-resetting effect after the earthquake is achieved, except that the corrugated web and the limiting tenons are possibly damaged to be replaced, other structures keep elastic, and a large number of resources are saved.
本发明公开了一种新型自复位抗震钢桁架梁,包括两平行布置的型钢柱和它们之间可拆卸连接的上弦梁、下弦梁及上、下弦梁之间的多根腹杆。上弦梁和下弦梁之间的中部连接有耗能构件,下弦梁端部与所述型钢柱之间设置有自复位阻尼器。小震时,主要通过上下弦梁之间的耗能构件耗能。中大震时,通过耗能构件和自复位阻尼器共同耗能。震后仅需更换耗能构件及联板与上下弦梁之间的限位卡榫,所以本发明经济效应明显,由于实现了震后自复位效果,除波纹腹板和限位卡榫可能会产生损伤更换外,其余结构皆保持弹性,节约了大量资源。
