The invention discloses a cast-in-place concrete wallboard reinforcing steel bar formwork fixing structure which comprises a formwork, a wallboard inner side reinforcing steel bar mesh and a wallboard outer side reinforcing steel bar mesh and further comprises cushion blocks, double-thread screws, fastening bolts, T-shaped fixing strips, flat pressing strips, channel steel and fixing steel pipes. The cushion blocks are correspondingly arranged on the wallboard inner side reinforcing mesh and the wallboard outer side reinforcing mesh in a sleeving manner; the T-shaped fixing strips and the flat pressing strips are sequentially arranged on the outer side faces of the cushion blocks, penetrating holes are correspondingly formed in the surfaces of the T-shaped fixing strips and the flat pressing strips, the fixing steel pipes are located on the outer side faces of the flat pressing strips, and the channel steel is located on the outer side faces of the fixing steel pipes and provided with penetrating holes. Fastening bolts penetrate through the penetrating holes to sequentially connect the channel steel, the fixing steel pipes, the flat pressing strips and the T-shaped fixing strips to the outer side faces of the cushion blocks. And the side edge of the template is clamped between the T-shaped fixing strip and the flat pressing strip. A traditional fixing structure adopting tie bars, mortar cushion blocks and split bolts is replaced, operation is more convenient, and more materials are saved.
本发明一种现浇混凝土墙板钢筋模板固定结构,包括模板、墙板内侧钢筋网片、墙板外侧钢筋网片,还包括垫块、双头螺杆、紧固螺栓、T型固定条、扁压条、槽钢、固定钢管;垫块对应套装在墙板内侧钢筋网片和墙板外侧钢筋网片上;双头螺杆位于垫块内侧面,且两端通过螺纹与对应的垫块内侧面连接,T型固定条、扁压条依次设置于垫块外侧面且二者表面对应开有穿孔,固定钢管位于扁压条外侧面,槽钢位于固定钢管的外侧面且其上开有穿孔,紧固螺栓穿过穿孔将槽钢、固定钢管、扁压条、T型固定条依次连接在垫块外侧面;模板的侧边夹在T型固定条与扁压条之间。本发明取代了传统的采用拉筋、砂浆垫块、对拉螺栓的固定结构,操作更方便,更加节省材料。
