An upper-layer and lower-layer butt joint construction technology for a steel-concrete combined pipe shear wall comprises the following steps that when each steel-concrete combined pipe of the steel-concrete combined pipe shear wall is prefabricated in a factory, connecting bases are arranged on the left sides and the right sides of the upper portion and the lower portion of each steel-concrete combined pipe; a plurality of adjusting connecting assemblies are machined and assembled at the same time; after the lower-layer steel-concrete combined pipe is firmly fixed, hoisting the upper-layer steel-concrete combined pipe to the fixed lower-layer steel-concrete combined pipe by using a hoisting machine; the upper end and the lower end of the adjusting connecting assembly are connected with the upper connecting base and the lower connecting base correspondingly; and the adjusting connecting assembly is driven to adjust the perpendicularity of the upper-layer steel-concrete combined pipe. The device is scientific in principle and convenient to operate, a large amount of time is liberated for hoisting machinery to do other hoisting operation, the construction progress is accelerated, the upper-layer steel-concrete combined pipe and the firmly-fixed lower-layer steel-concrete combined pipe are located and connected through the adopted adjusting and connecting assembly, convenience and rapidness are achieved, fine adjustment can be conducted through a wrench, and the construction efficiency is improved. And the perpendicularity of the shear wall and the construction quality are ensured.
