The water temperature is controlled through an electric heating wire and a first blade in the water storage assembly, the pH value of irrigation water is changed through an adjusting chamber and a liquid medicine chamber in the adjusting assembly, and rainwater is collected and recycled through a standing box and a water collecting cover in the collecting assembly.
