The invention provides a shower system with a spray gun. The shower system comprises a waterway switching device, the spray gun and a water outlet shower head, the spray gun is provided with a first water inlet, a lower water outlet and a jet water outlet; the first water inlet is in fluid connection with a spray gun water outlet of the waterway switching device; the spray gun is provided with a switching piece for switching the lower water outlet or the jet water outlet to be communicated with the first water inlet; the spray gun has a hanging state and a handheld state, and when the spray gun is in the hanging state, the lower water outlet is communicated with the first water inlet. According to the shower system with the spray gun, the spray gun simultaneously has two functions of jet water outlet and lower water outlet.
