Coprocessing method of steel slag and lime kiln flue gas
The invention discloses a synergistic treatment method for steel slag and lime kiln flue gas. The method comprises the following steps: pouring steel slag into a hot disintegration pool, then adding water until the steel slag is solidified and cracked, and loosening and fragmenting the steel slag into blocks; covering a cover of the hot stuffy pool, and sequentially carrying out water spraying and standing stuffy slag for multiple times; the total amount of sprayed water in the whole hot disintegration process is 1.0-1.5 times of the total weight of the steel slag, the time is 10-15 hours, and the air pressure in the hot disintegration pool is 1-5 KPa; lime kiln flue gas is introduced into the bottom of the hot disintegration pool from the four side walls of the hot disintegration pool according to the flow rate of 50000-100000 Nm < 3 >/h, and gas in the hot disintegration pool is discharged from the top of the hot disintegration pool; after hot disintegration is finished, a cover of the hot disintegration pool is opened, and the steel slag is subjected to crushing, screening and magnetic separation for iron removal. The steel slag obtained through the method is low in free calcium oxide content, meanwhile, lime kiln flue gas treatment can be achieved, and the economic value is high.
本发明揭示了一种钢渣和石灰窑烟气的协同处理方法。该方法包括步骤:将钢渣倒入热闷池,而后进行打水直至钢渣凝固并龟裂,将钢渣松动并碎裂成块;盖上热闷池盖子,并先后进行多次喷水‑静置闷渣;热闷全程的喷水总量为钢渣总重量的1.0~1.5倍、时间为10~15h、热闷池内的气压为1KPa~5KPa;且期间从热闷池的四面侧壁处按照50000~100000Nm3/h的流量向热闷池的底部引入石灰窑烟气,热闷池内的气体从热闷池顶部排出;热闷结束后,打开热闷池盖子,将钢渣进行破碎、筛分和磁选去铁。该方法所得钢渣游离氧化钙含量低,同时又可以实现对石灰窑烟气的处理,经济价值高。
