The invention relates to the technical field of energy conservation and emission reduction of cement clinker firing systems, aims to solve the problem that cement clinker is difficult to produce stably, reliably and economically in a low-carbon, low-nitrogen and coal-saving manner in the prior art, and provides a low-carbon, low-nitrogen and coal-saving cement clinker firing system and a production method. Wherein the cement clinker firing system comprises multiple stages of preheaters, a denitrification furnace, a decomposing furnace and a rotary kiln, and every two adjacent preheaters in the multiple stages of preheaters are connected through a connecting pipeline; the denitrification furnace and the decomposing furnace are arranged in parallel; the top of the denitrification furnace is connected with the last-stage preheater, and the bottom of the denitrification furnace is connected with a kiln tail smoke chamber at the tail of the rotary kiln; a plurality of raw material feeding ports are formed in the top of the decomposing furnace and used for feeding raw materials preheated by the multi-stage preheater, and the bottom of the decomposing furnace is connected with a kiln tail smoke chamber at the tail of the rotary kiln through a gas-solid separation device; the rotary kiln is connected with a first combustor; and an electric heating belt is arranged in the decomposing furnace. According to the invention, the emission of CO2 and NOx can be greatly reduced, and the consumption of coal is reduced.
本发明涉及水泥熟料烧成系统节能减排技术领域,旨在解决现有技术难以稳定可靠、经济地实现低碳、低氮、节煤生产水泥熟料的问题,提供一种低碳、低氮、节煤的水泥熟料烧成系统及生产方法;其中,水泥熟料烧成系统包括多级预热器、脱氮炉、分解炉、以及回转窑,多级预热器中相邻两个预热器之间通过连接管道相连;脱氮炉与分解炉并联布置;脱氮炉顶部与最末级预热器相连,脱氮炉底部与回转窑尾部的窑尾烟室相连;分解炉的顶部布置有若干个生料喂料口,用于喂入经多级预热器预热后的生料,分解炉的底部通过气固分离装置与回转窑尾部的窑尾烟室相连;回转窑连接有第一燃烧器;分解炉内设置有电加热带。本发明能够大幅降低CO2、NOx排放,且减少煤的消耗。
