The invention relates to a processing method of pre-wetted porous basalt aggregate concrete. The processing method comprises the following steps: step 1, crushing and screening porous basalt to obtain a fine porous basalt material with the particle size of 4.75-10mm and a coarse porous basalt material with the particle size of more than 10mm and less than or equal to 19mm; 2, soaking the porous basalt coarse material in water, humidifying for 40-55 hours, and then taking out the porous basalt coarse material to obtain the pre-wetted porous basalt coarse material; 3, weighing the raw materials according to the raw material formula of the concrete, pouring into a stirrer, and uniformly stirring to form a mixture; the later compressive strength of the concrete prepared from the pre-wetted porous basalt aggregate is higher than the strength of the concrete prepared from the non-pre-wetted porous basalt aggregate, and the chloride ion penetration resistance of the concrete prepared from the pre-wetted porous basalt aggregate is higher.
