The invention discloses a smart city traffic guiding device which structurally comprises a traffic indicating device, limiting buckles and a fixed base, the fixed base is of a topless rectangular structure and is buried in the road surface, the limiting buckles are embedded in the front end and the rear end of the fixed base, the limiting buckles and the fixed base are of an integrated structure, and the traffic indicating device is movably connected into the fixed base. The traffic indicating device is composed of a road surface guiding mechanism and a cleaning driving mechanism, the road surface guiding mechanism is connected to the top of the fixed base in a penetrating mode, and the cleaning driving mechanism is located below the road surface guiding mechanism and communicates with the road surface guiding mechanism. When people walk at the upper end of the underground lamp, the road surface guiding mechanism is pressed, then the cleaning driving mechanism is promoted to blow away floating dust and other impurities on the upper surface of the road surface guiding mechanism, normal irradiation of the lamp body is facilitated, traffic transportation is guided, meanwhile, sunlight can better penetrate through the lampshade and irradiate on the solar panel, and supply of electric energy is guaranteed.
