Method for treating hole stringing phenomenon in karst stratum cast-in-situ bored pile construction
The invention relates to the technical field of karst stratum cast-in-situ bored pile construction, in particular to a method for treating the hole stringing phenomenon in karst stratum cast-in-situ bored pile construction. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out advanced geological investigation on a to-be-treated area, and then carrying out hole stringing treatment according to the investigated hole depth: lowering a guide pipe to the bottom of a karst cave, and carrying out underwater pouring, backfilling and plugging by adopting a low-grade early strength concrete material through the guide pipe to 1-2m above the karst cave; and then standing is conducted for a certain time, the hole forming condition of the karst cave stratum is observed, if hole forming of the karst cave stratum is not successful, hole stringing treatment is conducted again, and if hole forming of the karst cave stratum is successful, drilling continues to be conducted to the designed elevation of the pile bottom. According to the method, early-strength concrete is adopted, and the initial setting time of the concrete is shortened. The reduction of initial setting time is beneficial to plugging of a karst filler flow channel and proper reduction of concrete dosage; the treatment cost is low, the hole stringing phenomenon can be effectively treated, the amount of concrete used for treatment can be controlled within a reasonable range, and the phenomenon that no bottom hole exists is avoided.
本发明涉及溶岩地层钻孔灌注桩施工技术领域,尤其涉及一种溶岩地层钻孔灌注桩施工中串孔现象的处理方法。首先对待处理区域进行超前地质勘察,然后根据勘察出的孔深进行串孔处理:将导管下到溶洞底部,采用低标号早强混凝土材料通过导管进行水下灌注回填封堵至溶洞上方1~2m;然后静置一定的时间,观察溶洞地层成孔情况,若溶洞地层成孔不成功,重新进行串孔处理,若溶洞地层成孔成功,继续钻进至桩底设计标高。本发明方法采用早强混凝土,减少混凝土初凝时间。初凝时间减少有利于封堵岩溶填充物流动通道,适当降低混凝土用量;处理成本较低,且能够有效处理串孔现象,处理所用混凝土量能够控制在合理范围,不至于出现“无底洞”现象。
