The invention discloses a concrete precast pile end-plate-free connecting device and a concrete precast pile, the concrete precast pile end-plate-free connecting device is used for connecting two adjacent concrete precast piles, and end plates are not arranged at the ends of the concrete precast piles; the concrete precast pile end-plate-free connecting device comprises an outer sleeve, an inner sleeve, a connecting bolt, a spring clamp and an elastic washer. The outer sleeve is pre-buried at the end part of the concrete precast pile and is connected with a reinforcing steel bar in the concrete precast pile; the spring clamp is arranged in the outer sleeve of the concrete precast pile; one end of the connecting bolt is connected with the outer sleeve of one concrete precast pile, and the other end of the connecting bolt is inserted into the outer sleeve of the other concrete precast pile and connected with the spring clamp. According to the end-plate-free connecting device, an end plate can be omitted, the connecting strength and connecting rapidness of the concrete precast pile can be guaranteed, and the manufacturing cost of the concrete precast pile is reduced.
