The invention discloses a novel combined anti-floating construction method for a water-rich special stratum open cut station structure, which comprises the following steps: step A, station main body fender posts, latticed columns and foundation piles deeply buried in an external expansion section of a negative first layer are built and constructed, the station main body fender posts are positioned on the periphery of an open cut station main body structure, and then top beams are constructed; b, when the foundation pit is excavated to the base, an anti-floating anchor rod is constructed; c, anti-floating toes are arranged on the left side and the right side of the station bottom plate and integrally poured, and after bricks are built over the anti-floating toes, the bricks are pressed through toe pressing beams; d, after pouring of a station bottom plate is completed, bottom-layer steel supports are dismantled, middle plates, middle columns and side walls of all layers of the station are constructed in a layered mode from bottom to top, and when construction is conducted to an external expansion section of the negative first layer, pile head steel bars of the foundation piles stretch into a bottom plate of the external expansion section for anchoring; and E, a station top plate is integrally poured, then a coping beam is constructed, and the method has the characteristics that multiple anti-floating modes are combined, the anti-floating effect is good, the station safety and stability are high, and later manpower and material resources are saved.
