The construction method disclosed by the invention is high in construction efficiency, good in quality guarantee and accurate and reliable in data, overcomes the adverse conditions that a large-volume soil body with large basement depth is excavated and needs to be supported and then tested, and improves the result accuracy of reducing friction force by adopting an empirical parameter method for calculation deduction and a high-pressure jet grouting vibroflotation method for dispersing the soil body in the past; the defects that an existing double-sleeve device is complex to manufacture and install and not high in quality guarantee are overcome; according to the method, it is ensured that the friction force of the empty pile section soil of the super-long test pile is effectively eliminated, and accurate bearing capacity value data can be obtained for the test of the super-long test pile.
