The whole device can go deep into a sewage pipeline to dredge a blocked position, and a plurality of rotating heads are arranged in the cleaning assembly, so that multidirectional dredging can be performed in the cleaning process; according to the invention, one or more coordinate position points of possible sewage pipeline blockage can be estimated according to the layout map of the sewage pipeline, so that the urban sewage treatment device can be moved to a specified position for dredging.
