The invention discloses a building composite insulation board construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, obtaining the sizes of a beam and an outer wall, and carrying out typesetting and grid division on a composite insulation board by utilizing BIM software; s2, mounting composite insulation boards on the outer side surfaces of the walls and the beams according to simulated typesetting and gridding requirements, and mounting wood templates on the inner side surfaces of the walls and the beams; s4, fixing battens are installed on the outer sides of the composite heat preservation plate and the wood formwork, and split bolts are installed on the outer sides of the fixing battens for fixing; s5, concrete is poured between the composite insulation board and the wood formwork; and S6, after the poured concrete is cured, the split bolts are dismantled, and the battens and the common wood formworks are fixed. According to the construction method, a cast-in-place concrete composite heat preservation plate installation mode is adopted, when concrete is cast in place, the composite heat preservation plate directly replaces a wood formwork on the outer side, the building body and the outer wall heat preservation layer are formed at a time in the construction sequence, the construction procedures are reduced, and the construction progress is further accelerated.
本发明公开了一种建筑复合保温板施工方法,本发明包括如下步骤:S1、获取梁和外墙尺寸,利用BIM软件对复合保温板进行排版分格;S2、按照模拟排版分格要求在墙和梁的外侧面安装复合保温板,内侧面安装木模板;S4、在复合保温板和木模板的外侧安装固定木方,并在固定木方的外侧安装对拉螺栓进行固定;S5、向复合保温板和木模板之间浇筑混凝土;S6、对浇筑的混凝土养护后,拆除对拉螺栓、固定木方和普通木模板。本发明的施工方法采用现浇混凝土复合保温板安装的方式,在现浇混凝土时,复合保温板直接替代了外侧的木模板,在施工顺序上建筑主体与外墙保温层一次成型,降低了施工工序,也进一步提升了施工进度。
