One end of the supporting rod is fixedly connected with a limiting plate, a plurality of fixing rods are hinged to the limiting plate, a supporting spring is fixedly connected between the fixing rods and the supporting rod, the sides, close to each other, of the upper wall body and the lower wall body are each provided with two cavities, and the sliding grooves are provided with guide grooves for connecting the sliding grooves and the cavities. The soft steel damper has the effect that an operator can replace the soft steel damper conveniently.
