According to the multi-story building prestressed hollow slab non-overlapping floor system and the construction method thereof, a floor system frame comprises a unit frame, prestressed hollow slabs are distributed in the unit frame and are in lap joint with the side edges of the unit frame, and slab joints of key groove structures are formed between the slab sides of the adjacent prestressed hollow slabs in the unit frame; when the side edge of the unit frame is located at the edge of the floor system frame, a sealing plate is fixedly arranged on the side edge of the unit frame, and a pouring groove is formed among the sealing plate, the prestressed hollow plate and the side edge of the unit frame; and when the side edges of the unit frames are located in the middle of the floor system frame, second pouring grooves are formed between the side edges of the unit frames and the prestressed hollow slabs on the two sides of the unit frames, studs are evenly distributed on the bottom faces of the pouring grooves and the second pouring grooves, and fine aggregate concrete is poured after reinforcing steel bars are arranged in slab joints, the pouring grooves and the second pouring grooves. A concrete laminated layer is not arranged, the floor system meets the building requirement, the building construction speed of a building is greatly increased, cost is low, and the system is particularly suitable for a multi-story building with the requirement for the short construction period.
