The invention discloses a superposed beam connected with a prefabricated vertical member, the prefabricated vertical member connected with the superposed beam is a prefabricated concrete wall, a prefabricated concrete column or a steel pipe concrete column, and a part of top surface full-length stress longitudinal bars or support hogging moment bars in a superposed layer of the superposed beam are arranged in a floor outside the range of the prefabricated vertical member. The problem of dense reinforcing steel bars caused by concentrated arrangement of the top surface longitudinal bars in the laminated layer when the number of the top surface longitudinal bars of the laminated beam is large is solved; by densifying reinforcing steel bars on the upper portion of a floor support or arranging special restraining transverse bars within the length range of a beam end plastic hinge, the restraining problem of stress longitudinal bars arranged on the outer top face of a superposed beam stirrup is solved. On the premise that the stress performance of the superposed beam is not weakened, the principle that the floor serves as the flange of the superposed beam to participate in stress is utilized, the problem of construction difficulty caused by arrangement of two or more layers of stress longitudinal bars on the inner top face of the superposed layer of the superposed beam is solved, the problem that reinforcing steel bars of the superposed layer and a joint area are dense can be effectively solved, and the concrete pouring quality is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种与预制竖向构件相连的叠合梁,叠合梁相连的预制竖向构件为预制混凝土墙、预制混凝土柱或钢管混凝土柱,将叠合梁叠合层内的部分顶面通长受力纵筋或支座负弯矩筋布设于预制竖向构件范围外的楼板内,避免叠合梁顶面纵筋根数较多时顶面纵筋集中布置在叠合层内带来的钢筋密集问题;通过在梁端塑性铰长度范围内加密楼板支座上部钢筋或布设专门约束横筋,解决布设于叠合梁箍筋外顶面受力纵筋的约束问题。本发明在不削弱叠合梁受力性能的前提下,利用楼板作为叠合梁翼缘参与受力的原理,避免叠合梁叠合层内顶面受力纵筋两层或两层以上布置带来的施工困难问题,可有效改善叠合层及节点区钢筋密集问题,保证混凝土浇筑质量。
