The invention discloses a power transmission line iron tower with an inclination degree monitoring mechanism, which relates to the technical field of power transmission line iron towers, and comprises an iron tower body, an iron tower cross arm and an inclination monitoring mechanism, the inclination monitoring mechanism comprises a first inclinometer installed on an iron tower cross arm, a second inclinometer installed on an iron tower body and a data processing terminal. The data processing terminal comprises a data receiving module electrically connected with the first clinometer and the second clinometer, a data processing module, a signal receiving and transmitting module used in cooperation with the remote monitoring terminal, and a protective shell. Through the arrangement of the inclination monitoring mechanism, the first inclinometer and the second inclinometer carry out inclination measurement on the iron tower cross arm and the iron tower body respectively, measured data is transmitted to the data receiving module, and the data is processed by the data processing module and then is transmitted to the remote monitoring terminal through the signal receiving and transmitting module.
