Pump concrete-based shaping process high-sphericity machine-made aggregate grading method
The invention discloses a high-sphericity machine-made aggregate grading method based on a shaping process of pump concrete, and relates to the technical field of material invention equipment and production equipment of corresponding materials. The multi-stage spherical aggregate particles with different particle sizes are produced through a shaping process, and the sphericity of the spherical aggregate particles is greater than 0.6; wherein the sphericity means that the particle sphericity of each aggregate particle size reaches 0.6 or above. According to the invention, through production by the shaping process and reasonable screening and gradation compounding, the gradation system has high compactness, i.e., the porosity as low as possible. When the more reasonable novel high-sphericity coarse aggregate grading system is used in high-performance concrete, due to the high-sphericity filling characteristic of the system, on one hand, mutual interference among particles is reduced, so that the fluidity of the concrete is improved; on one hand, pores among particles are reduced, and the effect of saving the cementing material is achieved;
本发明公开了基于泵送混凝土的整形工艺高球度机制骨料级配方法,涉及材料发明设备及对应材料的生产设备技术领域。本发明包括通过整形工艺生产的多级颗粒粒径不同的类球形骨料颗粒,且所述类球形骨料颗粒的球度大于0.6;其中,球度是指各骨料粒径的颗粒球度达到0.6以上。本发明通过该整形工艺生产,合理的筛分与级配复合,从而使得该级配体系具有较高的密实度,即具有尽可能低的孔隙率。采用使该更为合理的新型高球度粗骨料级配体系用于高性能混凝土中,由于其高球度填充特点,一方面降低颗粒之间的相互干扰,从而提高混凝土的流动性;一方面降低颗粒之间的孔隙,达到节约胶凝材料的效果。
