The calcium sulphoaluminate modified Portland cement with excellent performance can be prepared by blending the raw materials and adopting a specific mixing mode without adding a mineralizing agent; moreover, in the process of preparing the calcium sulphoaluminate modified Portland cement, cement with different properties can be prepared by adjusting the dosage of the sulphoaluminate cement clinker, and the application range of the calcium sulphoaluminate modified Portland cement is widened.
