The invention relates to an environment-friendly ecological brick taking household garbage incineration slag as a raw material and a preparation process thereof, and belongs to the technical field of environment-friendly building materials. The ecological brick comprises an ecological brick body and a supporting ceramic column embedded in the ecological brick body, the supporting ceramic column plays a bearing role, and tests show that the compressive strength in the length direction of the supporting ceramic column reaches 48.6-52.2 MPa, when the ecological brick is used for building, the bearing capacity in the length direction of the supporting ceramic column can be comparable with that of a C50 concrete block, and the compressive strength in the length direction of the supporting ceramic column can reach 48.6-52.2 MPa. The problem that an existing incinerator slag brick is not high in compressive strength is effectively solved; aggregate with two particle sizes is prepared from the incineration slag in the raw materials of the ecological brick body and used in cooperation, the addition amount of the incineration slag reaches 40% or above, and the incineration slag is effectively recycled.
