Carbonized bamboo weaving cementing material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a preparation method of a carbonized bamboo weaving cementing material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, processing bamboo into bamboo fibers, bamboo microfilaments, bamboo filaments or bamboo chips; s2, the processed bamboo wood is woven into a net-shaped structure body with the required specification and shape; s3, the net-shaped structure body is subjected to superficial carbonization forming and shape fixing under the normal-pressure, oxygen-limited and gas heat cycle semi-dry distillation state, and a carbonized bamboo weaving base body is formed; and S4, the carbonized bamboo weaving base body and a cementing material are compounded, the cementing material contains a gelling agent, the gelling agent is one or two of cement or polyurethane resin, epoxy resin, polyurethane modified epoxy resin and nanometer material modified polyurethane resin, and the carbonized bamboo weaving cementing material is obtained. The carbonized bamboo weaving cementing material can replace containers such as plastic corrugated pipes, plastic steel belt pipes, plastic plates, plastic barrels, boxes and cabinets and the like, can also be used as a building material to be applied to the field of engineering construction, and brings huge emission reduction of carbon sink and negative carbon amount.
