Graphene reinforced concrete and preparation method thereof
The graphene reinforced concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 150 to 200 parts of cement, 60 to 120 parts of water, 1.5 to 60 parts of graphene, 500 to 650 parts of coarse sand and 300 to 400 parts of fine sand. According to the graphene reinforced concrete disclosed by the invention, due to the addition of graphene, the graphene reinforced concrete has chloride ion resistance and carbonization resistance, the damage of a service environment to a material is reduced, and the graphene has very strong adsorbability and can adsorb and remove heavy metal ions and organic pollutants, so that an engineering material has an effect of purifying the environment. Compared with common concrete, the concrete added with the graphene has the advantages that water molecules, chloride ions, carbon dioxide gas and the like are reduced, and the durability of the concrete is improved. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple to operate, easy for industrial construction, free of additional equipment for auxiliary construction, small in construction error and capable of keeping product molding.
