The method for facilitating ballastless track lifting deformation treatment comprises the following steps that when a track plate is constructed, a plurality of grooves with the peripheries closed are reserved in the upper surface of the track plate; measuring the height of the track in the operation period, and determining the supporting height; according to the determined bearing height, a cushion block with the corresponding height is arranged in the groove, the cushion block is fixed to the track plate through the groove to serve as a new track bearing table, and the height of the cushion block is larger than that of an original track bearing table of the track plate; and the track is fixed on the cushion block. According to the method, the rail lifting deformation treatment cost is reduced.
