Steel-concrete I-shaped composite beam and bridge structure
The invention relates to the technical field of bridge engineering, and provides a steel-concrete I-shaped composite beam and a bridge structure.The steel-concrete I-shaped composite beam comprises a composite cross beam, an I-shaped longitudinal beam and a concrete panel, and the composite cross beam is arranged on a fulcrum; the I-shaped longitudinal beams are connected to the two sides of the combined cross beam; and the concrete panel covers the upper surfaces of the combined cross beams and the I-shaped longitudinal beams. The combined cross beam is arranged in the steel-concrete I-shaped combined beam to replace an existing steel cross beam, the transverse connection rigidity of the combined cross beam is remarkably enhanced through overall stress of the combined cross beam, and the combined cross beam can be industrially manufactured and is small in construction difficulty and short in construction period. In the old bridge transformation process, a traditional mode that a plurality of support systems are arranged on the piers is changed into a mode that the supports are arranged at the positions, where the piers are well stressed, of the combined cross beams, so that the force transmission paths of the upper portion and the lower portion of the bridge are clearer, stress of the old pier tables can be effectively relieved, construction is convenient, and the construction cost is low.
本发明涉及桥梁工程技术领域,提供一种钢混工字组合梁及桥梁结构,钢混工字组合梁包括组合横梁、工字纵梁和混凝土面板,组合横梁设置在支点上;工字纵梁连接在所述组合横梁的两侧;混凝土面板覆盖在所述组合横梁和所述工字纵梁的上表面。本发明通过在钢混工字组合梁中设置组合横梁,代替现有的钢横梁,通过组合横梁整体受力使其横向连接刚度显著增强,且组合横梁可以工业化制作,施工难度小,施工工期短。在旧桥改造过程中,组合横梁将传统的多个支座体系布置于墩台上,改进为只需要在桥墩受力较好的位置设置支座即可,使桥梁的上部、下部传力路径更为明确,能够有效缓解旧桥墩台的受力,施工方便,建造成本低。
