The offshore oil platform jacket grouting technology comprises the following steps that after steel pile driving work is completed, a grouting assembly is assembled; a compressed air pipeline communicates with the grouting pipe, and the grouting pipe is cleaned through airflow; a compressed air pipeline is communicated with the grout returning opening, the compressed air pipeline slowly pressurizes the annular space, and seawater in the annular space is poured out of the grouting pipe through air pressure till the seawater is completely discharged; and a grouting pipeline is communicated with the grouting pipe, the grouting pipeline injects cement paste into the annular space through the grouting pipe till grout returning occurs in the grout returning opening and the specific gravity requirement is met, and grouting is completed. Grouting is conducted after drainage is conducted through the annular space, the grouting pressure is obviously reduced, the grouting operation efficiency is improved, grouting cement consumption is reduced, and slurry is prevented from flowing into the sea and polluting the marine environment.
本发明公开了一种海洋石油平台导管架灌浆工艺,包括以下步骤:完成钢桩打桩工作后,装配灌浆组件;将压缩空气管线连通于灌浆管,利用气流对灌浆管进行清理;将压缩空气管线连通于返浆口,压缩空气管线向环形空间缓慢加压,利用气压将环形空间中的海水从灌浆管倒排出,直至海水排尽;将灌浆管线连通于灌浆管,灌浆管线通过灌浆管向环形空间注入水泥浆,直至返浆口出现返浆并达到比重要求,灌浆完成。本发明经过环形空间排水后灌浆,明显降低了灌浆压力,提高了灌浆作业效率,减少了灌浆水泥消耗,且避免泥浆流入海中,污染海洋环境。
