The treatment device comprises a slope protection plate body, the slope protection plate body is composed of a bottom fixing plate, a slope plate and a top fixing plate, the slope plate is composed of a first inclined plate, a horizontal plate and a second inclined plate, and planting pots and anchor rods are installed on the bottom fixing plate, the horizontal plate and the top fixing plate in an embedded mode. According to the treatment device for the loess abrupt slope, the bottom fixing plate, the horizontal plate and the top fixing plate are arranged on the slope protection plate body and are matched with anchor rods for fixation, the stability of the slope protection plate body fixed to the loess abrupt slope is guaranteed, and trees and turfs can be planted further in cooperation with arrangement of planting grooves and planting holes; and secondly, the slope protection plate body is laid on the loess abrupt slope, the exposed area of the loess abrupt slope is reduced, dust fall can be reduced, and the loess abrupt slope can be prevented from being directly scoured by water flow.
