The invention discloses a full-closed well type excavation system for stored garbage, and relates to the technical field of stored garbage disposal, the full-closed well type excavation system comprises a movable excavation portal frame and a circulating ventilation system, a movable track is installed in the movable excavation portal frame, and a full-automatic wide-angle mechanical arm is connected to the top of the movable track; a fine grid conveying belt is arranged on the right side of the full-automatic wide-angle mechanical arm, and a sealing cover is arranged outside the fine grid conveying belt. Garbage in the arm extension range of the mechanical arm around the portal frame is excavated through the full-automatic wide-angle mechanical arm, the garbage is directly conveyed to a screening workshop through the fine grid conveying belt, the whole conveying belt is installed in the sealing cover, and the sealing cover is made of transparent PC endurance plates. In the conveying process, water and part of silt in the garbage fall into a sewage collecting pipe below the conveying belt and enter a sewage collecting system; and circulating ventilation is continuously performed on the closed system in the conveying process, so that the odor in the system can be replaced, and meanwhile, the garbage can be dried.
