Formwork-free fabricated frame structure
A fabricated frame structure free of formwork erecting is formed by combining a column formwork frame, floor bottom formwork assemblies, angle steel for connecting the combined floor bottom formwork assemblies, floor bottom formwork assembly combining seams, main beams, rib beams, steel net-shaped body built-in formworks and concrete. The column mold frame is manufactured by vibrating cold-drawn wire concrete under the action of a special mold; the floor slab bottom mold assembly is an inorganic composite plate bottom mold assembly; the inorganic composite plate bottom mold assembly is formed by splicing N inorganic composite plates through angle steel for connection, and the length of the inorganic composite plate bottom mold assembly is equal to that of a column net; column holes are reserved in the beam-column combination portions of the bottom die assembly. A functional fixing piece is arranged in the angle steel for connection; the adjacent distance of the steel mesh body built-in mold forms the width of a longitudinal rib beam or the width of a main beam; the concrete is directly compounded with the disassembly-free bottom die assembly and the built-in die to form an assembly type frame structure of the disassembly-free column die frame, the floor slab bottom die and the steel mesh body built-in die.
