Fabricated steel-concrete composite structure formwork-free floor slab
A fabricated steel-concrete composite structure formwork-free floor slab is formed by compositing steel columns, I-shaped steel beams, floor slab bottom formwork assemblies, angle steel for connecting the composite floor slab bottom formwork assemblies, floor slab bottom formwork assembly combining seams, ribbed beams, steel mesh body built-in formworks and concrete. The steel column comprises an H-shaped steel column or a tubular steel column; the lower flange of the I-shaped steel beam is wider than the upper flange of the I-shaped steel beam, and a hole for a ribbed beam steel bar to pass through is prefabricated in a web of the I-shaped steel beam; the floor slab bottom die assembly is an inorganic composite board bottom die assembly; the inorganic composite board is rigid and flexible, at least one surface of the inorganic composite board is a rough surface, and the thickness of the inorganic composite board is less than or equal to 20mm; a functional fixing piece is arranged in the angle steel for connection; the longitudinal rib beam steel bars are arranged on the upper edge of a longitudinal combination seam formed by splicing the two bottom die assemblies. The width of the longitudinal rib beam is formed by the adjacent distance of the steel mesh body built-in molds; and the concrete is directly compounded with the bottom die assembly and the built-in die to form the fabricated steel-concrete combined structure formwork-free floor slab with the disassembly-free floor slab bottom die and the steel mesh body built-in die.
