本发明涉及矿井巷道工程支护技术领域,尤其是具有可调凝高流态高稳定性的沿空留巷巷旁充填材料及其制备方法,经过对胶凝料、泵送料、复合助剂原料成分以及用量的恰当的控制,使胶凝料、泵送料、复合助剂与水分别混合而得的胶凝中间料具有长时不凝、泵送中间料具有可泵性能好,备用工时长的特点,并在混合充填后在30min内凝固,在2h内达到1.2MPa以上、24h后达到4.0MPa以上,最终达到6.0~15.0MPa以上的抗压强度;在达到良好的充填支护性能的同时,大幅度降低施工难度和工人劳动强度,并可实现煤矸石、工业副产品石膏等工业固废的综合利用。
