Steel bar truss floor support plate adopting steel wire mesh reinforced cement base mold
The invention discloses a steel bar truss floor support plate adopting a steel wire mesh reinforced cement base mold. The floor support plate comprises a cement base formwork with a steel wire mesh and a steel bar truss. Each steel bar truss is provided with two web members, and the wave trough of each web member is connected with the steel wire mesh in a welded mode. The steel wire mesh is located in the middle of the cement base mold, and cement base materials can penetrate through gaps of the steel wire mesh so as to play a role in holding and wrapping the steel wires. The steel bar truss is connected with the steel wire mesh through spot welding, and the cement base formwork wraps the bottom web member ribs and the steel wire mesh, so that the cement base formwork is connected with the truss and the steel wire mesh in one stage. After the floor support plate is installed in the structure, the upper portion of the floor support plate is bound with floor reinforcing steel bars and poured with concrete, and finally the floor is formed. The invention has the following advantages: 1) the structure is simple, and the truss rib and the bottom die can be connected only by welding and pouring a cement-based material of the bottom die; the steel bar truss floor support plate has the advantages that the steel bar truss floor support plate is made of cement-based materials, the number of types of selected parts is small, standardization and production industrialization of the parts are improved, all the parts are common commodities in the market, and compared with a traditional metal bottom die steel bar truss floor support plate, the cement-based material bottom die can provide good anti-corrosion and fireproof protection for a truss.
本发明公开了一种采用钢丝网增强水泥基底模的钢筋桁架楼承板。楼承板包括带钢丝网的水泥基底模和钢筋桁架;每条钢筋桁架有两根腹杆,每根腹杆的波谷与钢丝网进行焊接连接;钢丝网位于水泥基底模的中部,且钢丝网的空隙可以让水泥基材料穿过以起到对钢丝的握裹作用;钢筋桁架通过点焊与钢丝网连接,水泥基底模包裹住底部腹杆筋和钢丝网,从而将水泥基底模与桁架和钢丝网连接在一期。当楼承板在结构中安装完毕后,上部绑扎楼板钢筋和浇筑混凝土,从而最终形成楼板。本发明具有以下优点:1)构造简单,桁架筋和底模的连接只需要焊接和浇筑底模水泥基材料即可;2)选用的部件种类少,提高了部件的标准化和生产工业化;3)所有部品部件均在市面上均是常见商品;4)相比传统金属底模钢筋桁架楼承板,水泥基材料底模能够为桁架提供良好的防腐和防火保护。
